Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Memory Systems Engineer to own HBM and LPDDR integration in high-end SoCs. You will drive bringup, characterization, and debug across silicon, package, board, and firmware, working with cross-functional teams.

You will define validation plans, guide memory training, margining, and system-level stability, and contribute to architecture decisions for next-generation memory subsystems. 12+ years in memory systems are required.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in EE/CE or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in HBM, LPDDR, or high-speed memory systems with silicon bringup and debug.
• Deep command of SI/PI, timing, margining, memory training behavior, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive HBM and LPDDR system integration and bringup for next‑generation SoCs.
• Own memory performance, power, thermal, and reliability closure across silicon, package, board, and firmware.
• Lead post‑silicon margining, VF shmoo, eye, and correlation across voltage, temperature, and frequency.
• Debug memory training, calibration, SI/PI, and system stability issues at scale.
• Define validation, characterization, and issue-tracking plans across chip programs.
