MaziCTools is seeking a dedicated memory design engineer to join our Central Engineering Group. This elite memory team works on developing memory compilers and custom macros at the forefront of process technology.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering with over 8 years of experience. Responsibilities include analyzing architectures, designing circuit blocks, and ensuring robust simulations. We offer a competitive salary between $119,000 – $190,000 plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires a BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering and 8+ years of related experience.
• Strong background in development of various memory architectures.
• Proficient in running simulators and writing automation scripts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze different memory architectures and highlight the tradeoffs.
• Design and build memory or circuit blocks.
• Simulate and analyze the circuit design.
• Integrate characterization flow to extract timing and power information.
• Document design specifications and timing diagrams.
