MaziCTools is seeking a Memory Circuit Design Engineer to join our Central Engineering Group. You will lead design and verification of memory blocks and macros at gate and transistor levels, advancing cutting-edge process technologies.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 12+ years in memory compiler and memory model development, and strong scripting for automation and characterization.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering required.
• 12+ years of related experience in memory design.
• Strong memory compiler and custom macro experience.
• Proficiency with transistor-level simulations and timing analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze memory architectures and tradeoffs.
• Design memory blocks at gate/transistor level.
• Simulate circuit designs using transistor-level simulators.
• Extract layout and perform post-layout verification.
• Floorplan physical implementation and leafcell integration.
• Integrate characterization flow to extract timing/power.
• Develop scripts to automate characterization and verification.
• Specify and verify memory models (behavioral/physical).
• Document specifications and timing diagrams.
