Qualifications

• 10+ years in the semiconductor industry with memory bring-up experience.
• Deep protocol and physical-layer understanding of GDDR/LPDDR/HBM with a productized fix example.
• Strong lab fundamentals and working knowledge of PCB stack-up and SI/PI guidelines.
• Demonstrated AI-driven workflow for memory characterization and margin analysis.

Responsibilities

• Bring up high-speed memory interfaces on complex silicon from power-on to full characterization.
• Own validation, IO tuning, timing margin analysis, and DRAM qualification across memory subsystems.
• Lead root-cause closure on multi-team memory failures with reusable fixes.
• Design and deploy AI-enabled workflows for margin data analysis and failure triage.
• Collaborate with pre-Si teams to translate memory features into post-Si plans.
