Qualifications

• Deep command of SI/PI, timing, margining, and memory training behavior.
• System-level instinct to foresee memory issues before product problems.

Responsibilities

• Drive HBM and LPDDR integration, bringup, and debug for next-gen SoCs.
• Own memory performance, power, thermal, and reliability closure across silicon, package, board, and firmware.
• Lead post-silicon margining, VF shmoo, eye, and correlation work across voltage, temperature, and frequency.
• Debug memory training, calibration, SI/PI, and system stability issues at scale.
• Define validation and characterization plans across chip programs.
