Job summary

Life Time in Connecticut is seeking a Membership Concierge III to deliver top-tier service to members and guests while actively promoting Life Time to prospective members. You will assist with the buying experience and contribute to club acquisition and retention goals, serving as a leader on The Concierge Team and modeling service excellence.

You will educate members on programming, events, pricing, and policies, handle check-ins and calls, and support account maintenance and payments.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience.
• Minimum of 1 year sales experience.
• Membership Sales Certification within 60 days of hire.
• Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate check-in process for members and guests entering club.
• Monitors, handles, and delegates incoming phone calls from members and guests.
• Educate members and guests on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Proactively build relationships with members and guests with high-quality service.
• Assist with account maintenance and transactions including program, service, and product payments.
• Assist with retention by presenting options to members considering cancellation.
• Engage in service recovery to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Educate prospective members and tailor buying experiences to interests and needs.
• Communicate with members via email or phone in line with brand standards.
• Complete administrative duties and cash drawer reconciliation.
