The YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas, Moody Family YMCA, is seeking a Senior Membership Director to oversee Membership and Child Watch operations, drive member experience, and lead promotions and annual campaigns. The role reports to the VP of Operations and Associate Executive Director at the Moody Family YMCA.

Based in Dallas, this full-time position offers a base salary of $59,000 to $64,000 per year with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career growth within the YMCA system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years customer service/manager experience preferred.
• Formal training in customer service is necessary.
• Experience in supervision, budgeting & program design/management required.

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain harmonious relationships with staff, members, and the public.
• Hire, train, and onboard Membership Service and Childwatch staff at Moody Family YMCA.
• Collaborate with marketing for sales, partnerships, promotions, and events to raise membership.
• Supervise and delegate to the Full-Time Member Experience Director and others; maintain staff relations.
• Handle member and program participant account issues on the front line.
• Oversee Childwatch program to ensure safety, cleanliness, and policy adherence.
• Contribute to the Annual Campaign and risk management/safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
