The YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas is seeking a cause-driven leader to join the Moody Family YMCA as Associate Membership Director. You will oversee the Member Services Department and manage day-to-day operations of the Member Services Representatives alongside the Senior Membership Director.

Direct supervision of ~25 part-time staff, ensure accurate program information, manage scheduling and budgets, and drive member engagement and annual campaigns.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and/or 3 years of Customer Service experience.
• Must possess physical, visual, and auditory capabilities.
• Availability for late afternoon/evening hours and weekends as Director on Duty.
• CORE POS Level 1 and 2 and UKG within 60 days of hire.

The YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas is actively seeking a cause driven leader to join the team as an Associate Membership Director at the Moody Family YMCA.

This person will oversee the Member Services Department at the Moody YMCA and be responsible for the day to day operations of the Member Services Representatives alongside the Senior Membership Director.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Direct supervision of approximately 25 part-time staff, which includes the hiring, training, coaching and termination of part-time staff; as well as, creating a positive and engaging culture amongst your team.
• Ensuring program information is accurate, up-to-date, and communicated in a consistent manner to staff, members in the branch and in the community.
• Responsible for membership staff scheduling, as well as adhering to membership budget-expenses.
• Responsible for member engagement activities to show appreciation and create fun competition.
• Must meet and/or exceed the membership monthly sales goals for the branch.
• Monitor and ensure accuracy of front desk data entry and tracking.
• Requires availability as the Director on duty for evening shifts and Saturday and Sunday shifts.
• Provide leadership to staff for the Annual Campaign and Community Events.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree and/or at least 3 years of Customer Service experience.
• Must possess the physical, visual, and auditory capabilities to perform all job-related responsibilities.
• Availability for late afternoon/evening hours and weekends as the Director on Duty
• A professional personal image and the ability to work harmoniously with staff and members are imperative.
• Enthusiasm, social soft skills and organizational skills required.
• CORE (POS) Level 1, and 2 and UKG required within 60 days of hire
