Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer experience or support.
• 2+ years hands-on working with accounting, tax, or payroll systems.
• Familiarity with platforms like Xero, QuickBooks Online, Gusto, or ADP.

Responsibilities

• Guide members through onboarding and ongoing support via video calls and platform navigation.
• Explain payroll, taxes, and accounting concepts clearly to members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve member experience.
