Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer experience or support.
• 2+ years with accounting, tax, or payroll software.
• Familiarity with Xero, QuickBooks Online, Gusto, ADP.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily video calls guiding onboarding and account questions.
• Help members with payroll setup and payroll taxes.
• Explain complex tax and accounting topics clearly.
