We’re seeking a client-focused onboarding specialist to guide new members, answer inquiries by email and phone, and communicate clearly to build trust.

Responsibilities

• Guide new members through onboarding as their primary point of contact.
• Build trust through timely, clear, and professional communication.
• Manage inbound inquiries about product, process, taxes, and accounting via email and phone.
• Assist with tax, accounting, payroll, and U.S. corporate structure questions.
• Proactively send updates on key onboarding milestones.
