Collective is seeking a Member Support Specialist to guide new members through onboarding, ensuring they successfully establish or verify their businesses. You will be the primary contact, delivering timely, clear, and professional communication while collaborating across teams on tax, accounting, payroll, and LLC/ S Corp guidance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Familiarity with U.S. taxes, tax filing procedures, and U.S. corporate structures (LLCs/S Corps).
• Proficiency with online bookkeeping and payroll systems.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks.
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems.
• Confidence engaging with customers across email, phone, video, and text.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for member questions throughout onboarding.
• Assist members with inquiries related to tax, accounting, payroll, and U.S. corporate structures.
• Apply basic understanding of these topics; advanced proficiency is a plus.
• Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment to resolve issues.
• Manage inbound member inquiries about our product, process, taxes, and accounting via email and phone.
• Proactively send updates and reminders about onboarding milestones.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the onboarding process.
