Job summary

Collective is seeking a Member Support Specialist to guide new members through onboarding and establish their businesses with confidence. You will be the primary contact, delivering timely, clear, and professional communication across email, phone, and video to support our entrepreneurs.

In this role, you’ll assist with tax, accounting, payroll, and LLC/S Corp inquiries, leveraging cross-functional resources. A proactive, collaborative approach helps streamline onboarding and scale our impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Familiarity with U.S. taxes and LLC/S Corp structures.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks.
• Comfort with ambiguity and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for onboarding questions.
• Assist with tax, accounting, payroll, and LLC/S Corp inquiries.
• Explain topics clearly and professionally.
• Resolve member issues quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle inbound inquiries via email and phone.
• Send proactive onboarding updates and reminders.
• Identify ways to streamline onboarding.
