Job summary

Together Credit Union is seeking a Senior Personal Service Counselor to assist members across savings and lending functions. The role includes training, leadership, coaching, and driving referral and sales goals.

You will engage members to identify financial needs, open and service accounts and IRAs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Strong knowledge of products and excellent service are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of 4 years of related professional experience.
• Federal registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry and Notary Public Certifications (may be obtained after hire through training)

Responsibilities

• Maintains responsibility for accurately processing financial transactions and serving as information source for customers in lobby, drive-thru, or by telephone.
• Provides friendly, professional, confidential, and effective assistance to customers and associates to ensure a positive experience and minimize wait time.
• Engages with members to build relationships, identify financial needs and opportunities, and refer appropriate products and services.
• Performs financial transactions and processes savings and lending activities in a compliant, efficient manner with proper documentation.
