Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s in Business considered in lieu of experience
• Minimum two years of general work experience including customer service and sales
• Notary commission or ability to obtain within four months of start

Responsibilities

• Serve consumer and small business members with financial needs in person and by phone
• Build relationships, identify needs, and recommend products and services
• Lead a team as needed and manage risk in line with policies and laws
• Travel between branches within the local area to support members
