Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union in Susanville is seeking a Member Service Specialist IV to join our branch team. This non-exempt role reports to the Branch Manager and focuses on delivering trusted financial guidance, processing transactions, and supporting daily branch operations.

You will build relationships with members, identify service needs, collaborate with colleagues, and uphold our core values of people helping people while protecting member information.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• 2+ years in a leadership role at another financial institution preferred.
• 1.5+ years in a Member Service Specialist III role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions and balance cash drawer with accuracy.
• Provide services such as cashier's checks, money orders, wire transfers, and card issuance.
• Assess members' needs and document in EnAct system.
• Identify opportunities to offer Golden 1 products and services.
• Maintain confidentiality and report fraudulent activity per procedures.
