Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in a leadership role at another financial institution preferred.
• 1.5+ years in a Member Service Specialist III role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes and audits financial transactions while maintaining a cash drawer.
• Provides Golden 1 services to members, including checks, money orders, and debit card issuance.
• Assists in branch operations and coaching staff to meet service objectives.
• Enters member needs and documents in EnAct system.
