Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union in Goleta, CA is looking for a Member Service Specialist III to join our Santa Barbara Branch. You will process transactions, provide financial services, and help members meet their banking needs with accuracy and care.

This non-exempt, hourly role reports to the Branch Manager and offers a collaborative team environment with opportunities for growth and development within Golden 1.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of prior banker experience preferred.
• 1+ year as MSS II or teller at Golden 1 or another financial institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and audit deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments and general ledger entries.
• Provide Golden 1 services including cashier’s checks, money orders, debit cards, and more.
• Identify member needs and document in EnAct system.
• Maintain cash drawer and ensure confidentiality of member information.
