People Driven Credit Union is seeking a Senior Member Service Representative to deliver friendly, accurate service and handle both routine and complex member needs. You’ll process transactions, open accounts, and guide members to suitable products and services.

You’ll work as a trusted resource, maintaining regulatory compliance, privacy, and accuracy while supporting daily branch operations. Prior MSR and teller experience is required and a background/credit check and drug screen will be

Qualifikationen

• Must have previous Member Service Representative and Teller experience.
• Strong knowledge of credit union products and services.
• Able to pass background/credit check and drug screen.

Aufgaben

• Welcome and assist members with deposits, withdrawals, transfers and account inquiries.
• Open and maintain share, certificate and IRA accounts following policies.
• Assist with checking services, NSF issues, drafts, stop payments and account status verifications.
• Respond to member questions on products, rates, and services; protect member privacy per regulations.
