Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 4 years of related professional experience.
• Federal NMLS registration and Notary Public certifications (may be obtained after hire).

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately at lobby, drive-thru or by phone.
• Provide friendly, professional service and ensure a positive member experience.
• Engage with members to identify needs and refer appropriate products and services.
• Perform lending and savings transactions with proper documentation and compliance.
• Open and maintain member accounts, including IRAs.
