Job summary

Southland Credit Union in California is seeking a Senior Member Experience Advisor to coach and lead the Financial Center team while delivering top-tier member service. You will mentor peers, influence service standards, and participate in onboarding and training to elevate overall performance.

You will partner with the Financial Center Supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations, meet growth and service goals, and provide guidance during leadership absences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Notary Public preferred or ability to obtain.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member service through consultative conversations focused on financial guidance and member advocacy.
• Build lasting relationships by identifying member needs and connecting them with products and digital solutions.
• Process transactions accurately while maintaining compliance with procedures.
• Open memberships and deposit accounts with seamless onboarding for new and existing members.
• Support consumer lending conversations and applications with professionalism.
• Lead daily huddles and act as Financial Center leader during supervisor absences.
