CLEAR is seeking a Senior Service and Sales Representative (Senior Ambassador) to create frictionless experiences for members and travelers. You will drive enrollment, support team goals, and resolve inquiries while upholding strict security protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Open availability and flexibility to work various shifts.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Desire to grow into a management/leadership role.
• Successful completion of CLEAR, airport, and government screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership enrollments by engaging travelers and educating them about CLEAR benefits.
• Balance high volume with high-quality customer and member experiences.
• Resolve traveler and/or member concerns or inquiries promptly and escalate as needed.
• Adhere to security procedures by validating airline documents and CLEAR traveler IDs.
• Assist managers in training and development of team members as a subject matter expert.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and ensure frontline triage before escalation.
