CLEAR is seeking a Senior Service and Sales Representative to create frictionless experiences for members at the airport and online. You will drive enrollments, solve customer questions, and support teammates with on-the-job training while upholding security standards.

In this role, you’ll balance high-volume activity with high-quality service, encourage learning, and quickly triage issues to keep travelers moving. Join a team that values integrity and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Open availability for shifts and ability to stand for long periods.
• Willingness to complete airport security screenings.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership enrollments by engaging travelers and educating them about CLEAR benefits.
• Balance high volume with high-quality customer experiences.
• Resolve traveler and member inquiries promptly, escalating as needed.
• Adhere to security procedures by verifying documents and CLEAR member travel IDs.
• Support training and development of team members as a subject matter expert.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and triage before escalation.
