Job summary

CLEAR is seeking a Senior Ambassador to create frictionless member experiences and drive enrollment growth. You will engage travelers, educate them on CLEAR benefits, and support the team to hit enrollment goals.

You will balance high-volume interactions with high-quality service, resolve inquiries promptly, and follow all security protocols. You may train teammates and troubleshoot hardware/software in the operating environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Open availability and flexibility for shifts.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Desire to grow into management or leadership roles.
• Successful completion of CLEAR, airport, and government screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Drive memberships enrollments by engaging travelers and educating them about CLEAR benefits.
• Balance high volume with high-quality customer and member experiences.
• Resolve traveler and member concerns in a timely manner, escalating when needed.
• Adhere to security procedures by validating documents and identifications.
• Support training and development of team members as a subject-matter expert.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure frontline triage first.
