CLEAR is recruiting for a Senior Service and Sales Representative to create frictionless experiences for members. You will drive enrollments, assist team members in reaching goals, and maintain strong customer service while complying with security protocols. The role includes potential leadership growth and hands-on training duties.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years of age or older (role requirement).
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Open availability and flexibility for shifts.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Interested in growth into management/leadership roles.
• SIDA badge eligibility and airport security screening processes may apply.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership enrollments by engaging travelers and educating them about CLEAR benefits.
• Balance high volume with high-quality customer and member experiences.
• Resolve traveler or member concerns in a timely manner and escalate when needed.
• Adhere to security procedures, verify documents and IDs, and follow safety protocols.
• Support training and development of team members as a subject matter expert.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and ensure frontline triage before escalation.
