CLEAR is seeking a Senior Ambassador to create frictionless experiences for our members and travelers. You will drive membership enrollments, deliver high-quality service, and resolve concerns while following strict security protocols. The role also involves training teammates and assisting with technical triage when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate loads.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership enrollments by engaging travelers and educating them about CLEAR benefits.
• Balance high volume with high-quality customer experiences.
• Resolve traveler/member concerns in a timely manner; escalate when needed.
• Adhere to security procedures, validate documents, and follow safety protocols.
• Support training and development of team members as a subject matter expert.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues to ensure frontline triage before escalation.
