Job summary

Soho House & Co. is seeking a Members Events Manager in Austin to lead planning, programming, and execution of member events.

You will work with the Head of Member Events for North America to align with strategy, manage one Events Coordinator, and curate innovative experiences reflecting the House identity. You will drive engagement, manage budgets, report on metrics, and ensure events meet high creative standards across the calendar.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event planning, production and strategy.
• Ability to manage budgets and track financial performance.
• Strong vendor coordination and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic events plan aligned with House Identity Plans.
• Create a quarterly events calendar reflecting local culture and global Soho House identity.
• Plan, produce and execute a range of member events from intimate to large-scale.
• Oversee event production, logistics, and on-site execution; manage partnerships and budgets.
• Build relationships with members and local talent to sustain engaging programming.
• Track KPIs and feedback to optimise future programming.
