Soho House in Houston seeks a proactive Member Liaison to grow the Cities Without Houses community. You will engage with the local creative scene, recruit members, and cultivate partnerships to strengthen Soho House in the market.

You will work with the Membership Manager to execute events, manage member communications, and drive retention while upholding Soho House values and standards in a dynamic private-club environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings.
• Experience in experiential marketing or events is a plus.
• Diversity and inclusion mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as brand ambassador and promote Soho House values in Houston.
• Recruit new CWH members monthly and support growth targets.
• Network at local events to build awareness and memberships.
• Organize meetings with potential members when needed.
• Coordinate with events team on logistics for activations.
• Develop local partnerships and member perks.
• Maintain accurate member records and report progress.
