• Research and resolve member inquiries, balance disputes, and enrollment issues.
• Process statements, invoices, and manage payment plans from setup to completion.
• Support dunning and disenrollment cycles per CMS guidance.
• Contribute to daily/monthly metrics and draft clear communications.
