CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager for Pharmacy Post-Audit Operations in Scottsdale. You will lead the post-audit team responsible for appeals, escalations, and regulatory compliance, translating requirements into practical processes and controls.

You will oversee cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Compliance, Product, Technology, and Operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution while guiding process improvements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of healthcare, pharmacy, audit, compliance, or related experience.
• 2+ years of direct people leadership experience.
• Active Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule at CVS Health’s Scottsdale Operations Center, located at 9501 E. Shea Blvd., Scottsdale, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the pharmacy post-audit team, including setting priorities, coaching team members, providing actionable feedback, and supporting employee growth.
• Own the timely, accurate, and compliant completion of pharmacy audit appeals, escalations, and post-audit correspondence.
• Monitor workload, timeliness, quality, and performance to identify risks and improve team execution.
• Lead the business implementation of pharmacy audit regulatory changes and maintain related compliance controls.
• Work cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Product, Technology, Operations, and other audit teams to understand business and regulatory requirements and turn them into practical audit team processes.
