Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in finance, accounting, billing operations, or related field.
• Experience with premium billing, payments posting, and CMS guidance is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools and Microsoft 365 Copilot is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Enroll members in automatic payments and verify posting accuracy.
• Resolve member inquiries, balance disputes, and billing issues within SLA.
• Process statements, invoices, and payment plans from setup to completion.
• Review correspondence and escalations, including grievances.
• Perform payment quality reviews and vendor-led postings.
• Help reconcile premium withholdings and conduct monthly reconciliations.
• Support dunning, disenrollment cycles, and CMS-guided processes.
• Draft clear communications and create work instructions using MS 365.
