Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains key client relationships and serves as the primary company contact on assigned projects.
• Manages financial performance, cash flow, budget, schedule, and project scope to meet goals.
• Staffing and resource planning: recruit, hire, develop, and retain project staff; support performance reviews.
• Lead pursuits of mega and super mega projects and develop long-term strategies with clients.
• Prepare proposals, present to clients, and deliver presentations to industry audiences.
