Job summary

Fairmont Dallas, located in the Arts District of downtown Dallas, seeks an Executive Meeting Manager to own the lifecycle of assigned group meetings—from initial sales through flawless execution and post-event follow-up.

You will partner with Conference Services, Operations, Culinary, Front Office, and Revenue Management to maximize guest satisfaction, drive revenue, and position Fairmont Dallas as the preferred destination for corporate meetings and group events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 3–5 years of hotel group sales, conference services, catering sales, or meeting management experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional client service.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems (Delphi, Opera Sales & Catering) or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Proactively solicit, negotiate, and secure small group and corporate meeting business while consistently achieving established revenue goals.
• Develop strong relationships with corporate clients, third-party planners, and industry partners to generate repeat and referral business.
• Conduct hotel site inspections and client presentations that showcase Fairmont Dallas' unique meeting facilities and luxury service experience.
• Maximize revenue opportunities through strategic upselling of guestrooms, food and beverage, audiovisual services, and additional hotel offerings.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and respond promptly to client inquiries and proposal requests.
