Job summary

Fairmont Dallas is seeking an Executive Meeting Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of group meetings and events in the Arts District. You will combine proactive sales efforts with expert event management to maximize guest satisfaction, client loyalty, and hotel revenue.

Collaborating with Conference Services, Operations, Culinary, Front Office, and Revenue Management, you’ll ensure flawless execution and identify opportunities to expand business for corporate meetings and group events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 3–5 years in hotel group sales, conference services, catering sales, or meeting management in upscale or luxury hospitality.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively solicit, negotiate, and secure small group and corporate meeting business while achieving revenue goals.
• Develop relationships with corporate clients, third-party planners, and industry partners to generate repeat and referral business.
• Conduct hotel site inspections and client presentations highlighting Fairmont Dallas’ facilities and service.
• Upsell guestrooms, food & beverage, audiovisual services, and other hotel offerings to maximize revenue.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and respond promptly to inquiries and proposals.
