Job summary

Hyatt Regency Dallas is seeking an Event Planning Manager to service Sales and Event Sales bookings, acting as a liaison between clients and hotel staff to ensure flawless events. You will handle contracts, detail Food, Beverage and A/V needs, host tastings, manage room blocks, oversee on-site logistics, and follow up post-event with final billing review.

Qualifications

• Requires refined verbal and written communication
• Minimum of 2 years in hotel event sales/planning, preferably luxury social market
• Must be proficient in general computer knowledge
• Extremely detail oriented, organized, and capable of fast-paced environments
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Collaborate with internal and external clients to ensure clear information exchange
