Fairmont Dallas, located in the Arts District of downtown Dallas, seeks an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure guest satisfaction and uphold hotel standards.

You will lead a diverse team, schedule staff, monitor service quality, and coordinate with the Chef and Front Desk to optimize guest experiences. Prior luxury dining supervision and knowledge of liquor regulations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old to serve alcoholic beverages
• 1–2 years experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager/Supervisor in luxury or high-volume setting
• Experience in food and beverage cost controls is a plus
• Fluency in English is required

Responsabilités

• Maintain knowledge of departmental policies and procedures
• Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure satisfaction
• Monitor cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Review reservations and assign tables
• Prepare and review staff schedules and labor forecasts
• Coordinate with Chef and Front Desk to optimize guest experiences
