Job summary

The Manager, Planning Strategy & Systems at Johnson & Johnson will own and improve end-to-end planning processes across the supply chain, with a focus on SAP-based solutions. You will translate business needs into scalable system configurations and collaborate with IT, Planning, Operations, and Finance to drive value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 6 years of related work experience.
• Independent thinker with ability to lead teams and projects.
• SME in Production Planning processes.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA or ECC SCM modules; PLM experience (Agile preferred).
• Materials planning experience.
• Understanding end-to-end supply chain interactions.
• Cross-functional change management experience with IT, Production, and Supply Chain.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Travel up to 25% domestically/internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize end-to-end planning processes across the supply chain.
• Champion best practices and translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Lead hands-on configuration and troubleshooting for SCM SAP modules.
• Develop training materials and conduct workshops for end-users to enhance system proficiency.
• Build and maintain analytical tools to support issue resolution and oversight.
• Provide leadership to a team of planning analysts.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with IT, Planning, Operations, Finance, Source, Engineering and Deliver teams.
• Communicate business issues or opportunities to management.
• Contribute to ERP responsibilities for new plants.
