Job summary

FotoFinder Systems GmbH is seeking a Software Project Lead to guide next-generation digital MedTech solutions across desktop, cloud, mobile and edge platforms. You will lead cross-functional agile teams, align stakeholders, and ensure on-time, compliant delivery of medical device software and digital health products.

You will collaborate with Product Management, Software Engineering, Architecture, Service, Commercial and Quality teams to shape the end-to-end SaaS platform and connected product

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading software projects, preferably in MedTech or regulated industries.
• Experience managing agile software development teams using Scrum/Kanban/SAFe.
• Strong understanding of software engineering, cloud architectures, APIs and modern practices.
• Experience with Windows software, SaaS, mobile and edge solutions.
• Knowledge of IEC 62304, ISO 13485, MDR/FDA.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional software development projects across the complete product lifecycle.
• Plan, execute and monitor scope, timelines, budget, quality and risks.
• Coordinate agile Scrum/Kanban teams and ensure predictable delivery.
• Drive transparent project reporting and decision making.
• Lead projects for edge, cloud, mobile and hybrid software and cloud platform solutions.
• Coordinate software releases, verification activities and deployment planning.
• Contribute to scalable software architecture with architects and technical leads.
• Partner with Product Management to translate business priorities into roadmaps.
