Responsibilities

Serve as primary analyst for MEDITECH HIM applications including design and configuration.
Analyze HIM workflows and document solutions to improve data integrity.
Lead requirements gathering, testing, and implementation for HIM projects.
Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with vendors.
Develop test plans and validation for upgrades and changes.
Provide training and mentorship to analysts and staff.
