Job summary

Renown Health seeks a Senior Application Analyst to lead analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation of application systems across the health network. You will partner with user groups to resolve issues, drive performance improvements, and oversee changes from design through deployment.

You will act as the main contact for designated products, guiding large projects and maintaining documentation, while coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring timely responses to requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, healthcare, science, business or equivalent.
• 6+ years in Information Technology or Healthcare.
• 6+ years in healthcare application analysis or application configuration and support.
• Project Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word).

Responsibilities

• Leads analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation of new and existing application systems.
• Partners with user community to resolve technical problems and improve performance.
• Oversees design, configuration, testing and support of files and system changes within assigned products and scope.
• Primary contact for external users for designated product(s) and lead on large projects.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including standards for naming conventions, change control, environment management, and security classifications.
• Responds to service desk tickets and requests, providing timely scheduling and feasibility assessments.
