Job summary

Healthtech Inc. seeks a Senior Consultant - Staffing Services to deliver expert platform-specific services, guiding client projects from planning through implementation.

You will evaluate processes, lead MEDITECH system builds, provide project leadership, mentor teammates, and communicate effectively with end-users and leadership. Travel up to 100% and remote or onsite work are supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years’ MEDITECH system build experience required.
• 5+ years’ professional experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current-system processes and propose workflow modifications based on best practice.
• Apply technical expertise to client MEDITECH system builds to identify, test, and troubleshoot.
• Provide project management and project leadership services to clients.
• Mentor client teams and Nordic teammates as needed.
• Coordinate with end-users and leadership to ensure timely delivery of work products.
