Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking a Senior Application Analyst to lead analysis, design, testing and implementation of information systems within MH environments. The role requires strong communication, project coordination, and hands-on technical expertise across complex MIS projects.

You will serve as a technical resource, develop project plans, train end-users, coordinate with stakeholders, and support production systems to improve patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates degree and two (2) years experience or four (4) years experience in lieu of degree
• Experience in large, corporate MIS with system analysis, design, building, testing and implementation preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead others

Responsibilities

• Provide technical knowledge for software applications and system environments
• Analyze, design, build, test, and implement computer programs and systems
• Develop training plans and conduct end-user and staff trainings
