Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• 10+ years' experience with MEDITECH HIM.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance.
• Experience leading IT projects in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary analyst for MEDITECH HIM applications, including design, configuration, implementation, and maintenance.
• Analyze HIM workflows and collaborate with stakeholders to improve efficiency.
• Lead requirements gathering, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
• Provide advanced support for interfaces and vendor coordination.
• Create and maintain system documentation and training materials.
