You will coach talent, manage workloads, and collaborate with Sales and Account Management to support growth and profitability while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of medical underwriting experience, preferably Medicare/group health.
• Experience coaching/mentoring underwriting professionals.
• Strong knowledge of underwriting principles, risk evaluation, pricing methodologies.
