Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Senior Manager, Underwriting Unit Lead to guide a Medicare underwriting team across multiple segments. You’ll drive performance, staffing, and strategic initiatives to deliver accurate, timely underwriting outcomes.

You’ll partner with Sales and Account Management to support pricing decisions and customer interactions while promoting exceptional service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of medical underwriting experience, preferably Medicare/group health.
• Experience coaching underwriting professionals and leading teams.
• Strong communication, collaboration and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support an underwriting team delivering high-quality services.
• Manage team production, workloads and priorities in a dynamic environment.
