Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of medical underwriting experience, including Medicare or group health.
• Experience leading, coaching, mentoring underwriting professionals.
• Strong knowledge of underwriting principles, risk assessment, pricing methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
