RTI Health Solutions seeks an experienced Senior Medical Writer to lead publication planning for manuscripts, abstracts, and posters. You will interpret complex data and mentor junior writers while coordinating with internal teams and external authors.

You will guide strategic publication discussions, ensure ethical standards, and engage clients through proposals and opportunities, contributing to cross-therapy strategy and growth.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years in medical writing, including 2+ years in a senior/leadership role.
• Experience mentoring writers and guiding complex publication tasks.
• Strong understanding of manuscript submission and publication guidelines.
• Ability to transform complex data into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
