Compass Pathways is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL/Sr. MSL) to connect our TRD and PTSD programs with the neuroscience community. This field-based role builds territory plans and engages healthcare professionals through virtual and in-person conversations.

The ideal candidate holds advanced scientific credentials (PhD/MD/PharmD/PMHNP) with MSL experience and can travel up to 75%. You will collaborate with Clinical Development and Market Access while upholding high ethical standards.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced scientific training with credentials (e.g., PhD, PharmD, PMHNP, MD).
• MSL experience preferred.
• Background in neuroscience, psychiatry or psychology.
• Ability to travel up to 75% (overnight stays/weekends).
• Must reside within the geographic area.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain scientifically grounded relationships with healthcare professionals and thought leaders in neuroscience and mental health within the territory.
• Lead in-depth, compliant scientific conversations on disease understanding, research methodology, and emerging evidence in TRD and PTSD.
• Address scientific questions with accurate, balanced medical information.
• Collect, analyze, and share medical insights to inform clinical development and medical strategy.
• Maintain high scientific expertise in therapeutic areas and emerging research.
• Plan and execute medical education activities, advisory boards, and congress engagements.
• Uphold ethical, regulatory, and compliance standards in field medical activities.
• Collaborate with Clinical Development, Government Affairs, and Market Access.
• Provide training to sales and marketing teams.
• For Senior MSLs: mentor junior MSLs and contribute to broader medical affairs initiatives.
