Job summary

Compass Pathways is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) / Senior MSL to join the Medical Affairs team. The role develops and manages a geographic territory, serving as a key scientific contact through virtual and face-to-face interactions with HCPs, researchers, and thought leaders in neuroscience and mental health.

You will lead compliant scientific conversations on TRD and PTSD, gather field insights, and support medical education activities.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific training and credentials in a relevant field.
• Experience as a Medical Science Liaison is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a geographic territory and be the primary scientific contact.
• Lead compliant scientific discussions on TRD and PTSD with external stakeholders.
• Collect and relay medical insights to inform clinical development and strategy.
• Support medical education activities, advisory boards, and congress engagements.
• Mentor junior MSLs and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
