Job summary

Compass Pathways is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) / Senior Medical Science Liaison (Sr. MSL) to connect science with the mental health community and shape medical strategy in TRD and PTSD.

The role involves geographic territory management and both virtual and face-to-face interactions. The candidate should have advanced scientific training (e.g., PhD, PharmD, MD) and prior MSL experience is preferred, with travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific training with credentials (e.g., PhD, PharmD, PMHNP, MD).
• Strong scientific communication skills across external stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 75% including overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scientifically grounded relationships with healthcare professionals, researchers, and thought leaders in neuroscience and mental health within the territory.
• Lead in-depth, compliant scientific conversations on disease understanding, research methods, and emerging evidence in TRD and PTSD.
• Address scientific questions with accurate, balanced information in response to unsolicited requests.
